Project Details: Contemporary renovation of a historic main street building, 2500 sq. ft.
Completed: 2007 Recipient of a 2008 Niagara Urban Design Award.
Features: Built circa. 1870, the building was purchased and renovated by our firm in 2007. The goal was to gain a visible office space as well as act as a catalyst for the rejuvenation of St. Paul Street in downtown St. Catharines. The entire building was gutted and rebuilt to modern standards. The second floor apartment was also updated to those same standards and finishes.
