what we do

We design functional, attractive, sensible architecture whether it's seniors’ housing, private schools, commercial projects, church architecture or modern custom homes. We want our clients to be confident their project is feasible.

Our designs don’t just look good on paper: we want to show our clients they can actually be built in the real world so we work carefully to design buildings that meet their needs and their budget. We don’t want to waste our clients' time and money designing architecture that can never be built.

We want our client’s building projects to succeed, whatever the type or size.

we make architecture happen.

For the past 40 years we have been successful in helping our clients ensure their projects are feasible & achievable:

- Realistic renovations, master planning, additions & new building design.

- Inclusive design process to develop common vision and consensus.

- Functional, sensible, cost-effective contemporary architecture.

- Accurate cost estimating to ensure project feasibility.

- Feasibility Studies to help set the project direction.

WHY WE DO IT

Quite simply, we love to help our clients succeed in making the world a better place. An architectural project is a major undertaking for most of our clients; it can be a once-in-a-lifetime event.

For our church and school clients, it’s about being good stewards of the funds they have been trusted with. Because we focus on only a few types of architecture we are able to leverage our past experience to help ensure our clients get the best value for their money and to anticipate common problems before they come up.
