These homes were custom designed

for the owners to fit within the strict

design guidelines of  the Village. Unique

historic design elements to create a

modern yet historic feel. All homes

are located close to the roadway

to encourage a neighbourhood

that interacts between street and

sidewalk as people walk with their

friends and neighbours. Cars are

kept out of sight with access to

parking via rear lane ways to help

reduce the impact of automobiles

on the neighbourhood.
